Appointments & Services
Do I need a referral?
No. We welcome both self-referrals and referrals from legal representatives, employers, government agencies, health professionals, and community organisations.
Are appointments available online?
Yes. Secure online appointments are available Australia-wide. Face-to-face appointments are available where offered.
How long are appointments and program sessions?
Individual counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Power in Change® group sessions are 1.5 hours, followed by approximately 1 hour to complete the accompanying workbook activities and worksheets. The time required to complete workbook activities may vary depending on the module and the participant. Power in Change® Online participants complete each module at their own pace before attending a scheduled one-hour individual clinical session with a qualified clinical counsellor.
